Choose the frame you will see through the glass
A clear glass top leaves the support in view. Fine stainless steel, reflective chrome and a black frame can give the same small surface quite different outlines. Look at the table from your seat as well as from across the room.
LIDO uses stainless steel, ELLA draws a black wire outline, ROTON pairs its column with concrete and HEAVY METAL offers height adjustment. These constructions also leave different amounts of space around your feet.

LIDO · brushed or hand-polished stainless steel
Choose round, square, rectangular, oval or ellipse-shaped tops. The fixed heights are 45, 50 and 55 cm. The photograph shows square glass tops on brushed stainless steel frames.
ELLA · a black frame beneath grey glass
A 61 cm Parsol grey top on a black powder-coated wire frame. Choose a fixed height of 38 or 46 cm, with a black or chrome-plated ring around the glass.
ROTON · a column with a concrete base
The 28 or 34 cm top is supported by a central column in chrome or black powder coating. Choose a fixed height of 48 or 53 cm.
HEAVY METAL · height adjustment and a handle
A chrome-plated steel frame with a continuously adjustable 36 cm round glass top. Compare it when the same table needs to serve different seat heights.
01 · A CLOSER LOOK
Stainless steel and chrome are different finishes
Brushed stainless steel has a fine directional surface and softer reflections. Hand-polished stainless steel reflects more of the room. Chrome is a coating on the metal beneath it; it is not another name for polished stainless steel.
LIDO and QUADRO offer brushed and hand-polished stainless steel. RONDO also offers chrome and polished brass column options. Compare an actual finish if you want to coordinate it with a lamp or chair frame.
02 · A CLOSER LOOK
A black outline or a reflective detail?
ELLA keeps its wire frame black in both versions. The ring around the tabletop can also be black, or you can choose a chrome-plated ring. Grey Parsol glass remains the specified tabletop in either version.
FADO offers a black base beneath clear, tinted or other available glass finishes. The colour of the metal does not tell you whether the glass above it is transparent or lacquered.
03 · A CLOSER LOOK
An offset base can change how close you sit
FADO has a flat, offset base that can move beneath suitable sofas. Check the clearance under the sofa and the height of the tabletop against its armrest. The base must fit the actual opening, not just the floor space beside it.
A glass base on QUADRO or RONDO and a concrete base on ROTON need a different footprint. Mark the support on the floor and test where your feet go when you stand up.

No. Chrome-plated metal and hand-polished stainless steel are different finishes. Compare HEAVY METAL’s chrome-plated frame with the stainless steel choices on LIDO.
FADO can come closer where its flat base fits beneath the sofa. Measure the actual floor clearance and armrest position before ordering; that feature depends on the room around the table.
Made in Germany, with advice on size and delivery
DREIECK DESIGN is a family business founded in 1984. Our furniture is made in Germany. For a different size, send us the model and the dimensions you need. We check what is possible for that construction and prepare a quotation.
Allow around 6–8 weeks for delivery within Europe; worldwide destinations can take longer. Confirm the current schedule for your configuration and address.
Premium delivery is included for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Liechtenstein under the published conditions. For the UK, the USA and other destinations, ask us about the service and charges.
