SOLUS COLORLINE combines transparent display areas with opaque lacquered sections. The CL 1, CL 2 and CL 3 layouts place differently sized clear compartments at different heights, balancing display with storage out of view.
The cabinet measures 45 × 38 × 180 cm. Floatglas or Optiwhite forms the glass body, with lacquered sections and a back-painted rear panel adding colour. An optional spotlight highlights the transparent display area.

Three arrangements of clear areas
CL 1 has a central clear compartment approximately 33.5 cm high. CL 2 provides an approximately 68 cm high undivided display area below a lacquered upper compartment. In CL 3, the approximately 68 cm clear area extends directly to the transparent top. Each layout is the same in Floatglas and Optiwhite.
Coordinate glass and colour
Floatglas suits the available dark standard colours; Optiwhite also allows pale shades. The transparent areas retain the natural tint of the chosen glass.
A spotlight on the display
An optional halogen or LED spotlight illuminates the display area. Choose the hinge side and optional lock to suit everyday access.
Three layouts for different pieces.
CL 1, CL 2 and CL 3 share the same slim body but differ in their transparent display areas. CL 1 has a central compartment 33.5 cm high. CL 2 has a 68 cm central display area, while CL 3 places its 68 cm clear area at the top. The surrounding sections are partly lacquered.
The lacquered back forms the background to the display compartment. Lacquered sections of the body and door follow the chosen layout, with a smooth, glossy glass surface. Stainless steel fittings, a small knob and adjustable feet follow the discreet SOLUS construction. The door glass is 10 mm thick.
The character of the glass makes the difference.
Floatglas has a natural green tint, most noticeable along its polished edges. Optiwhite appears more neutral across the glass surface, with a subtle pale turquoise edge. Both clear glass options keep the view through the cabinet open.
Glass thickness, panel size, lighting and surroundings affect the appearance. Larger and particularly deeper panels can have darker-looking edges. A sample in the intended position helps you choose. The illustration offers a visual guide; the finishes available for SOLUS COLORLINE are shown below.
Choose the finish for your collection.
All three layouts are shown in Floatglas and Optiwhite. Dark lacquer illustrates the Floatglas version; light lacquer illustrates Optiwhite. The clear display area remains transparent and the lacquered glass sections are opaque.

White and pale glass lacquer finishes use Optiwhite. Colour availability is matched to the model and the particular lacquered surfaces.

Explore the ROTON side table →At 45 × 38 × 180 cm, the cabinet forms a slim vertical element against a wall. Choose the layout around the piece you want to display: a taller object needs clearance above and around it as well as sufficient shelf height. The two 68 cm versions place the display at different levels.
The ROTON side table provides a small surface beside the armchair. In the second scene, the DAVIS coffee table connects the lacquered cabinet with the seating area. We can coordinate dimensions, lacquer colour, hinge side and lighting with your interior, and offer COLORLINE made to measure.

Lacquered glass reflects light differently from wood or metal. The colour sits behind the glossy glass surface, which reflects windows and pale areas of the room. Judge a sample under the lighting at the intended position as well as by its colour reference.
Optional spotlights illuminate the transparent area, giving a selected sculpture or collectable a clear focus. The lacquered sections create a quieter exterior and keep the objects stored behind them out of view.

Our premium delivery service is free within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Liechtenstein.
The delivery team carries your furniture to its intended place, unpacks it, completes any necessary assembly and removes the packaging. We arrange the delivery appointment with you. Customs clearance for Switzerland and Liechtenstein is included.
