CLASSIC is a glass desk with a bevelled, 12 mm tabletop and a choice of glass supports. Two L-shaped glass supports keep this all-glass desk visually open. One or two glass shelving units add space for books and papers within reach. The transparent structure keeps the floor, wall and room visible.
CLASSIC combines a generous glass work table with a base you can configure. For a dedicated office or a living space, choose a width of 140 or 170 cm, both 80 cm deep and 72 cm high. Floatglas and Optiwhite give the same design a different glass appearance.
We make your table in our workshop in Germany. We can also discuss your preferred dimensions, height and finish with you personally.
Choose two L-shaped glass supports, one support and one shelving unit, or two shelving units. Arrange them to suit the amount of storage you need beneath the top.
The bevelled edge defines the 12 mm tabletop. Its angled surface catches light differently from the flat top and is a visible part of the design.
An 80 cm depth provides space for equipment and papers. The 170 cm width leaves more room for items to one side or a second work area.
The top rests on two separate glass elements. Small metal fittings connect the upright panels of the L-shaped supports. The shelving units use bonded glass panels with several horizontal shelves. Metal fittings are used only on the L-shaped supports.
Choose polished chrome, matt velour chrome or high-gloss 24-carat gold plating for the fittings. They add a small accent while glass remains the main material. The L-shaped supports keep the base open; the shelving units provide storage.
The L-shaped supports can be oriented individually beneath the top. The dimension drawings show different arrangements of the same supports, with their shape and glass thickness unchanged. Their position can be adapted to seating and room layout.
Floatglas has a distinctive green tint, particularly at its polished edges. Optiwhite looks more neutral across the surface, with a subtle pale turquoise tint at the clear edges. Both glass types remain transparent.
Glass thickness, tabletop size, lighting and surroundings all affect its appearance. A larger or deeper top can have darker-looking edges. A sample in the intended position helps you choose. The illustration offers a visual guide; the finishes available for CLASSIC are shown below.
The top and base are available in clear Floatglas or Optiwhite. Both illustrations show one L-shaped support and one shelving unit, so you can compare the glass colours directly.

Plan the shelving around what you use daily. Keep books and papers to the sides and leave the centre for your chair. Two shelving units provide more storage; two L-shaped supports keep the base open. One of each combines both benefits.
The 140 cm version suits a focused individual work area. At 170 cm, there is more surface for a screen, writing mat and papers. Consider the space between the supports alongside your chair and routes through the room. We can also make CLASSIC to measure and discuss width, depth, height and the arrangement of the glass elements with you.
A transparent worktop preserves the visual depth of a room. CLASSIC can sit quietly against a distinctive wall or floor while providing a generous surface. Items on the shelves become part of the room; a considered arrangement of books and papers complements the clear design.
CLASSIC can also be planned for other uses. Your seating position and the clear space needed beneath the top are important. We consider support and shelf positions from the start so the layout suits your room and routines.
Our premium delivery service is free in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Liechtenstein.
The delivery team carries your table to its intended position, unpacks it, completes any required assembly and takes away the packaging. We arrange the delivery date with you. Customs clearance for Switzerland and Liechtenstein is also included.
